于1990年以家庭作坊的形式开始从事织带行业，1996年成立上海惠醇服饰织造有限公司，主要生产松紧带、保险带，主要内销。2000年后的技术力量已经非常强，到了2004年母公司转型，一批年轻的技术骨干正式成立了上海恒石惠编织有限公司，目前公司有无梭织带机18台，其中日产机10台，圆机（台湾产）150台，电脑提花机2台，和配套辅助设备。公司以注重技术、质量、信誉为宗旨，为客户服务。
